Head
to the Madison, the state’s capitol and one of the country's
foremost college towns. In the summer, it is green, picturesque,
and enhanced Lake Mendota and Lake Menona. The huge University of
Wisconsin is raging with publicly accessible activities from film
festivals to lectures and workshops. Or the less cerebral can go
to Wisconsin Dells for a resort environment, replete with skiing,
ice-fishing and boating.
