The hot weather is coming to Vegas. The temperatures will soon be in the triple digits;despite the fact that Vegas has low humidity, 120 degrees is HOT.

You can beat the heat gambling, shopping and sitting beside the pool. You can also have a great day at the Luxor.

My son and I couldn't stand the heat one day last summer and spent the entire day seeing IMAX movies and going on virtual reality rides. You can get a ticket for $24.95 that will last an entire day and span several attractions. A food court is in the center of the rides so you can eat when you feel hungry.

In addition to the rides and movies you will also get a pass for the King Tut Museum. I love Egypt so I thought this was one of the best things to do. You can spend as much time as you want looking at the Museum and you won't be rushed.

If you don’t want your day to end you can purchase Blue Man Group tickets. Everyone who has seen this show that I.ve talked to has loved it.

If you want nightlife then the nightclub RA is the place to be; it caters to 20-30 year olds and always comes up when I ask my club hopping friends to recommend a good place for going out.

Vegas is always fun, even in the heat, but if you want to relax in a climate controlled environment Luxor would be my first choice.
